We would like to inform you that contractors will be conducting exterior assessments on all units in the coming weeks. This assessment will include checking siding/trim for repairs and mildew removal.

• Sixth Man Construction will be on site June 18, 19, and 20
• Roof Buds will be on site June 30 and July 1

To ensure a smooth process, please ensure that pets inside the residence and that gates are unlocked during these dates.

Once the proposals are received and a vendor is selected, additional information will be sent out.

If you have a tenant living at the residence, please ensure you provide them with this information to ensure the exterior assessments go as smoothly as possible.
